I finally did it! I started a blog, which I have been putting off for a couple of months now, based on my own doubts, "what if's," and judgments from other people reading my blog. I ended up looking past those because, in the end, the only judgment that matters is my own, so I might as well do something I have been wanting to do for a long time. But anyway, welcome! I am super excited to have you here reading my first post. I know that I personally look for blogs that describe the topics I am planning on touching upon, and other experiences in those topics, so I decided to make my own! This blog is for the ones who really need to hear what I have to say, and learn from my experiences or at least be entertained. Don't get me wrong, I am still learning myself, and will continue to educate myself for as long as I live, but aren't we all? Why wait to talk about it? Anyway, the topics I plan on touching upon in this blog include:
Mental health is a topic I have always had trouble with, yet have most recently been able to positively look into. I will be talking about body image issues, anxiety, and my personal experiences with certain aspects of my own mental health I would like to share. As a disclaimer, I am not a professional on the topic of mental health. I am merely sharing my experiences and my own tips that have helped me, in the hopes of helping others who may be struggling with the same issues I have had and still have (that's right, I am still a human being struggling with certain aspects of my mental health, which is completely normal and I am not ashamed of). In terms of veganism, I have only been vegan for about a year, but have learned so much about the plant-based diet. I am constantly trying out new foods and recipes, and would like to share my experiences as well as some recipes I recommend you try, despite your diet! I am not forcing veganism onto any of my readers, just sharing my own experience as a vegan so far! Once again, I am still learning so if you have any tips, tricks, or recipes, contact me!
My lifestyle is one in which I am pursuing life as a performer in acting, singing, and dancing, and I would like to share certain experiences I have had in the performing arts world that may appeal to any of my readers. Along with that, I will be talking about aspects of my life and lifestyle such as education, what I do, and other topics you may request! If you are a performer, let me know! I would love to share even more experiences about my life on the stage to those who would love to read about it!
